The S.H.I.E.L.D.E.D., or the SHIELD blimp that was going to bE calleD S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Multi-Part blimp. It spawns 32 Shielded Red Bloons. The main blimp has 4000 HP. Add that to the other parts (2000 HP) and you get a blimp with a total of 6000 HP!
