Vic was a regular caller on the radio show in which Kimberly Shaw hosted. After Kimberly started to make seductive innuendos, Vic became enraged and started calling to harass her. He approached Kimberly in Shooters and she flirted with him, but he didn't give in to her. Later, they met and had sex. Afterwards, Vic tied her down to the bed, revealing himself as the caller who had called and harassed her on the air. However, Kimberly was able to escape and turn the tables, assaulting Vic and turning him into the police after he admitted to killing women in the past.
