CWO EXTREME is the second weekly show produced by the Championship Wrestling Organization (CWO). Briefly replacing CWO FEVER as the flagship show in 2001 as part of the "EXTREME Measures Experiment," EXTREME became the secondary show when FEVER returned in 2002. In 2002, the EXTREME Championship was established, and much like the FEVER Championship is only defended on FEVER and pay-per-views, the EXTREME Championship is only defended on EXTREME and pay-per-views.
