François-Dominique Toussaint was a former genetic slave and a member of the Audubon Ballroom. Having been bred as a heavy labor slave, he was the "dance instructor" of the Ballroom cell in the Saginaw Sector, being ultimately responsible for all terrorist operations conducted in the area.
