The Eastern Faction is one of the factions that fought in the Estovakian Civil War. This faction was led by commander Gustav Dvornik. The rivals of the Eastern Faction were the Lyes United Front, the Independent Tariff Federation, the Island Coalition & the Northern Highlands Faction. The Eastern Faction ended up as the victor of the Estovakian Civil War, largely thanks to Belkan defector Lorenz Riedel, who brought unspecified military technology of the 1995 Belkan War with him, which in turn led to the creation of the Eastern Faction's trump card, the P-1112 Aigaion Heavy Command Cruiser .
