Michael "Mickey" Reardon is a high-school drop-out who appeared in Need to Know (episode). Reardon previously served in the United States Army before getting a Bad Conduct Discharge, suggesting he had problems with authority. He was later hired by the Russians to kill Chief Petty Officer Leland Wiley.
