By utilizing the ability to condense chakra into many shapes and forms, the user will channel a small amount of lightning chakra into his left or right palm and release it in massive streams of chain-like patterns. This chain-like pattern can knock back other types of techniques, equal or lesser to the rank of this technique. But if charged with higher amounts of chakra, the rank of this jutsu doubles and can block higher amounts of attacks with just a simple Pulse. Since this is condensed chakra, it will look like blue waves of energies, instead of the regular yellow coloring. With more concentration and more chakra the chain can be solidified and be used to temporarily bind an opponent as well as electrocute them.
