The AAM-4 Blackfire is an air-to-air missile (AAM) designed for atmospheric air combat. It is completely self-guided, has a range of 5 km, and a top speed of 5500 m/s. It mounts a so-called HEAT (High Explosive Anti Tank) warhead, which is effective against all fighter- or freighter-sized air targets.
