The Railroad Nomads are a collection of nomadic tribes descended from pre-war railroad enthusiasts, railway staff and their families. Each tribe travels upon a pre-war Locomotive which they worship as their god and are led by a Conductor. They are dedicated to the reconstruction of railroads and maintaining their locomotive, which they believe only lives as long as it is fully maintained and operational.
