Typically they mark themselves by a horrific scarring ritual where the flesh is flayed from their skulls, sometimes branding bone with fire or etching it with blades or acid it down to give it a more horrifying visage. These marking tend to make them stand out in the more passive forsaken society, which considers the group counteractive to their efforts of stability and have more in common with the mindless Scourge.
