The tournament started under the "Spriter Era" of NAW even though it was announced beforehand. The winner of this tournament would become the NAW Contract in the Case holder of 2011. The tournament has every single superstar on the NAW Roster involved other then both champions World Champions at the time, Larry It and Allan Caesar. The tournament name is based on the ACWL King of the World because Allan Caesar is the General Manager of NAW. The winner of the tournament ended up being Chris Johansen who joined Team ACWL half way throughout the tournament and help from Oshujax in the finals.
