Located north of Leyawiin on the eastern side of the Lower Niben River, Fisherman's Rock is occupied by Mogens Wind-Shifter's bandits in the quest Mazoga the Orc. Fort Redman is located a short distance to the northwest. There are no plants of value in the area except a Nirnroot just west of the camp on the banks of the river on the right of it.
