The Masters of the Universe Bible is a document written by Michael Halperin in December 1982 to serve as a show bible for the animated series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Building upon the backstory previously established in the comics and his own fascination with mythology, Halperin fleshed out the history and geography of Eternia and developed origins for He-Man, Castle Grayskull, and the Evil Warriors.
