Zuul Kara (aka: The Seeker) is an enegmatic anarchist, cyber terrorist and document counterfeiter. Kara experimented for a number of years with creating forged credits, but lacked the support necessary to create quality credits in bulk. This lead her to take up work with the Black Dawn Syndicate, though she secretly holds the majority of her allegiance to Tartarus Combine, a secretive network of violent anarchists, crackers and information thieves. Zuul Kara is rarely seen out of her cyber armor.
