Nicholas Stiles Gross (born December 3, 1970) is an American actor, screenwriter, and philanthropist, known for his roles as Batman in 2002's Batman vs. Superman, for his appearances as James Bond in the reboot series that started with Casino Royale, and for his roles in other action thrillers such as City Under Siege (1998), Four Men in Havana (2001), Blood (2003), Outlaw Justice (2007), and Virus (2010). He has also appeared in a number of serious films, including Clinic (1997), Behind the Fences (1999), Plain People (2004), Burrard (2005) Cloth Man (2008) and An Emperor's Son (2009), in which he played current French Emperor Maurice Napoleon I. He is married to actress Jenna Reagan.
