The Foreman was the spokesperson of the jury who heard the evidence at Weatherfield Crown Court where Tracy Barlow was on trial for the murder of Charlie Stubbs. The jury had heard submissions from the defence, prosecution and a forensic expert during the lengthy trial. When asked by the Clerk if the jury had reached a verdict on which they were all agreed, the foreman stated that they had found the defendant guilty.
