Pan Ambassadorial World Airways commonly known as Pan Am is the second international flag carrier of Fronceirno. The Airline was founded in 2009 by the Pan Ambassadorial World Airways Act of the Fronceirnon Parliament. The Pan Ambassadorial World Airways Disposal Act passed on May 4th 2009 sold the airline to the King for the nominal sum of £1. Pan Am is the 'second force' in fronceirnon aviation designed to keep service high while providing some limited competition. Pan Am and sister international flag carrier RFOAC are the only only international Fronceirnon airlines and in effect hold a duopoly. This is due to the fact that the Royal Fronceirnon Civil Aviation Authority (RFCAA) has a policy of refusing to grant routes to private airlines.
