Tesla Suskavcevic is a Serbian (formerly Yugoslavia) national and the brother of murder victim, Milo Suskavcevic. He and his brother Milo, immigrated to America in 1998. Upon realizing that Milo had been killed, Tesla returned to the crime scene and attempted to retrieve his Republic of Yugoslavia passport, only to come across Assistant Medical Examiner James Palmer, whom he tried to kill. Tesla was forced to flee but despite his efforts to escape, was later arrested by the NCIS Major Case Response Team led by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
