Mrs Cotton was the Ofsted Inspector who came to Garside Grange. While Vlad was causing a commotion, Miss McCauley tried desperately to keep things in order. Vlad attached some of the students to the ceiling in a classroom and Mrs Cotton walked in. In the end the Count hypnotised her so that she forgot about the incident. Mrs Cotton gave Garside Grange a shining Ofsted report.
