WXCW had died, and Michael Ryan was left floating around once more. Deciding to make his own company, taking a page out of several former wrestler's books, he founded Chaos Theory Entertainment from some assets acquired from WXCW. The company mainly focused early on with MMA, biding their time. Later, after acquiring enough money, Ryan turned the company into Chaos Theory Wrestling Entertainment, with the only brand being known as Rush.
