WSDC-TV, channel 13, is a Scratch U8 Network-affiliated television station in the American capital city of Washington, District of Columbia. The station is owned by Scratch U8 Communications. The station went on the air on June 3, 1987 as WTDC as a Telemundo affiliate (moved to W64BW (currently WZDC-CD) in 1993). The station then was an independent station from 1993 to 1995 with the callsign WDCS. Later, the station was affiliated with TBN from 1995 to 1998 with the callsign KTDC-TV. The station next was affiliated with HSN from 1998 to 2001 with the callsign WHDC-TV. Then, the station was currently affiliated with the Scratch U8 Network with the callsign WSDC-TV.
