Uster Pulastra, also known by his flight designation of B-11-1 was an Imperial TIE pilot who secretly served the traitorous Grand Moff, Ozzaris Vlanc. He was heavily injured after his TIE fighter was shot down by friendly fire, resulting in him needing a mobile life-support suit, causing him to resent Imperials. He was a highly skilled pilot with a reputation due to his numerous kills.
