Velmar was a priest and servant to Lady Timmel Orosenn on the Supplicant. Constantly watchful and distrustful, he was fiercely protective of his mistress. He would often attempt to keep visitors away by claiming she was busy doing "sorcerous things." He delighted in hinting that something terrible could be found below deck of their ship. Velmar was a tall, long nosed old man who resembled a scarecrow with long, shaggy hair. His face was wrinkled and darkened by the sun. He dressed in robes and carried a staff.
