When the aura is worn and active, it increases the player's damage dealt and the cap for divine locations by 5%. The aura lasts for 1 hour with a recharge time of 23 hours, and cannot be reset or extended with vis wax. When this aura is in berserk mode while fighting a boss, the kill will not be added to the kill count, reaper assignment, nor will it count for improving time records. Using the lesser, non-berserk version of the aura does not have this restriction. The aura cannot be taken into Morvran's Rush of Blood challenge or Telos' arena.
