Monique Bilecki was a female Starfleet Lieutenant. She was among the first officers to be assigned to Deep Space 9 upon the United Federation of Planets' arrival there in 2369. In early 2370, she became engaged to a Bajoran man. She later opted to remain aboard the station and stop the Alliance for Global Unity from taking over. (DS9 episode: "The Siege")
