Qrana was a male Betrisian Lisqual in the Lisqual government in 2377. He served as a Minister in the Ministry of Reformation, as well as a special assistant to the Lisqual governor. When the USS da Vinci visited Betrisius III in response to the loss of control of the reformant community, Qrana was paired with Soloman in order to investigate the technical issues.
