The Niigata Comic Market, commonly known as Gataket(ガタケットgataketto), is a bimonthly dōjinshi comic book convention held in Niigata city in Japan. It is currently held at either Toki Messe or the Niigata-shi Sangyou Shinkou Center. It was first held in 1983, and between 7,000 and 10,000 people regularly attend each event. It is the largest dōjinshi comic market held on the Sea of Japan side of Japan.
