Victor Three is a Black Ops and a member of Victor Company. During Victor, Echo and Oscar's search through Orick, California for the Chimeran battleship that Sgt. Benjamin Warner hit in San Francisco. Victor Company suffered high casualties during an ambush which had killed Oscar Company off earlier. However, some Black Ops under the command of Victor Three took a different path and eventually Victor Three discovered the battleship and told SRPA its co-ordinance.
