Wands of Frost are charged with magical cold energy that will instantly drain the heat from any creature with potentially debilitating effects. Be careful using this when dealing a killing blow, as this wand has been known to completely disintegrate the body, destroying any possible loot. It can be bought from Sorcerous Sundries in Baldur's Gate or be found across the Sword Coast. In Baldur's Gate II it is sold by Arledrian and Carras and can be looted from Deirex's Tower in Ust Natha. You may find one in the upper-left corner of the Nashkel Mines, in a tree.
