Shade Release: Shadow Cyclone Jutsu is a great blast of black chakra in the shape of a tornado. The user gathers all of their chakra at their throat and shoots it out at a vast distance causing mass damage to whatever it hits.\ While it shoots through an area, it also drags things close to the blast range into the vortex.
