'CompraoAlquila.com' is an online real estate service portal, also in english as 'BuyOrRentpr.com', which launched on January 15, 2004. It was founded by Giancarlo Gonzalez and Alberto Casas, a pair of former college graduates who worked on several major web projects for numerous clients before launching their own. CompraoAlquila.com was created to fill a major gap in Puerto Rico Real Estate, where real estate brokers were struggling to keep up with the latest technologies offered in the United States but lacking Puerto Rico adaptability. It is in the last two years that CompraoAlquila.com has had major impact in the industry.
