One of Tarō's most basic techniques which is also one of the most effective defensively. He can impart momentum gathered from previous usage to the ground around him to cause the dust and loose earth particles to fly around with increased velocity. The "sandstorm" so created can then be used as an distraction to escape the scene or hide from his opponent. He can also use this to blindside an opponent and attack them from a different direction as compared to his original position. But to pull off such an attack he must make note of his opponent's position so that he can attack him or her as this sandstorm blinds him just like it would any other person.
