Palliar is a province in the nation of Chalion. The current Provinciar of Palliar is Olus dy Sanda. The largest city in Palliar (and second-largest in Chalion after Cardegoss) is Rojeras, which is also the provincial capital. Despite its small size, Palliar is wealthiest and most populous Chalionese province.
