Master Altasren Eltinwe was an Usil Elf wizard resident in the City of Spur. His sister was the San Elf wizard Kyshraelle (Kyshra) Sorrowfell. Master Altasren was the founder and first Archmage of the Order of the Crystal Star, the great mages' guild of the City of Spur in his day, as well as founder and first editor of the Dragon Fire Chronicle, Spur's longtime newsletter. Master Altasren was known to be a faithful follower of Rinanni. He had one brief marriage, which ended in annulment.
