Kyoshiro's Soul is a Legendary belt that was implemented in patch 2.4.0 of Diablo III. It requires Character Level 21 to drop. The unique affix is intended for use with Monkey King's Garb to enter each battle with as many charges as possible. Effectively, it awards a stack every 0.5 seconds when there are no enemies around the Monk. It does refresh the duration of the Sweeping Wind with each proc, so the Monk no longer needs to refresh it between battles. This item also makes Monkey King's Garb Set Dungeon objective to sustain the Sweeping Wind for its whole duration much easier.
