The 2006 Goody's 250 was an American stock car race for the NASCAR Busch Series held at Martinsville Speedway on July 22, 2006. It was the first series event at the track since 1994, and as it turned out the final (to this point). Kevin Harvick weathered 19 cautions and then held off Clint Bowyer by one-quarter of a second for the win. Harvick pulled out to a 348-point championship lead on Carl Edwards.
