Ensign Elaine M. Grigsby was a female Starfleet security officer serving on the USS Enterprise-E in the 24th century. When the Enterprise was assigned to assist in the rebuilding efforts on Tezwa in 2379, Elaine worked in the security command center in the basement of the Ilanatava; it was from there that she reported attacks against hospitals in Arbosa-Lo and Masheena-Kel.
