Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster has heard about a curse that can manipulate the weather. He is interested in trying this curse out, but is unable to identify the items that are needed for the curse to take effect. Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster sees a passing Oni and flags him down to help him with this curse. The Oni agrees to help and sets off in acquiring the few items needed for the curse.
