It is not clear whether Juliet is dead or alive. In the last season she set off a nuclear bomb which would logically kill her and the entire island. But her action could also have prevented Sawyer and the other crash survivors from ever ending up on the island, which in turn would stop her from setting off the bomb. In that case, she is still alive. We shall have to wait for the final season to find out.
