Chiyoko, or "Chi" as she is known by her freinds, is a member of the Revolutionary Army who was trained specifcally for Assassination and Counter Inteligence opetations. During these operations Chiyoko was trained to act as an independent agent, stealing from Marines in order to provide funds for her travels. After discovering his existance and reporting it to the Revolutionary Headquarters, her primary mission became the interception of The Messenger and the destruction or capture of his deliveries.
