The McCall Pattern Company produced Sesame Street plush patterns in 1983. Each envelope included pattern sheets for several plush figures. Pattern no. 8395 included Grover- 22", Oscar- 12" and Cookie Monster- 11" The pattern had 54 pieces. Pattern no. 8396 included Ernie - 13.5" and Bert - 15.5". A single pattern for a 35-inch plush Big Bird was released as pattern number 8406.
