The aim of the game is to explore the board, starting at the Launch Pad (the two-by-three matrix of yellow dots), in order to reach the Docking Points of five of your colleagues. Movement is determined by the roll of a six-sided die. The winner of the game is the player that is the first to collect their five colleagues and return with them to the Launch Pad.
