Queen Steelina was the queen of Inqua during the days of the Old Republic. But when she made a pact with the Sith, the Sith broke the pact by kidnapping and turning the people of Inqua into slaves or assassins. But when Inque scientists developed a nuclear warhead, they used it on the Sith's base, killing everyone inside except one. The assassin that escaped had fled to the Royal Palace and broke in to the Palace. While battling Steelina and her guards, the assassin shot the glass dome above them and the rain had came inside, killing the queen and her guards.
