Emerald Skytalons can be found guarding the Emerald Dragonshrine. Recently, Ysera has been affected by the Nightmare and has commanded the dragonshrine's defenders to treat anyone not of the green dragonflight as enemies. When killed, they turn into Reincarnated Skytalons.
