Cantos V was a planet located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants of the galaxy, the fifth planet of the Cantos system. At some point prior to the year 2365, Worf led a battalion in action on Cantos V and was awarded a medal for bravery above and beyond the call of duty. (TNG novel: Strike Zone)
