The Celtic Alliance is a monarch-run country in the Greater Isles, and is bordered by French England to the south, the North Sea to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. The Celtic Alliance has the world's fifth largest economy, and maintains control over the oil deposits in the North Sea. The CA was not hit as hard as some countries after Peak Oil was declared.
