General Harwell Zawicki was an officer with the United Nations Space Command on Earth. He was one of many experts interviewed for the television special "Alien Visitation". He was seen by John Crichton during his viewing of the program, when Zawicki commented that he would accept Noranti's statement that killing can be justified after she has killed someone herself, unaware that, given some of her past actions, it was likely that she already had.
