Every time you are moderated, you are told what type of moderation action you got, the time you got it on (and for bans and appealed terminations, the time it was lifted), and a message from the moderators. The "message" is mostly just a generic warning saying something like "___ is not allowed on ROBLOX!". Users do not get personalized moderation messages often. Any type of moderation acted upon your account would show up in your moderation history (anything violating Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, and/or ROBLOX Forum rules). The types of moderations that could be found in a user's moderation history are deletions/terminations, warns, bans, and reminders.
