Super Hoop (燃焼フープダンス Burning Hoop Dance?) is Wii Fit Trainer's Up Special Move. Hula hoops appear around the Wii Fit trainer, lifting her upwards. Anyone who comes into contact with the hoops will take damage. The Super Hoop move has little to no offensive use. Tap the button rapidly to ascend higher and faster.
