Pithy was an ex-thief from Second Maiden Fort who became a self-styled Inspector and Port authority along with her partner, Brevity. She was described as a tall, thin, pale woman, with stringy blonde hair. She said she had been born on the island. Later, she became one of the commanding officers in Yedan Derryg's company.
